Effect of orally administered reduced- and oxidized-glutathione against acetaminophen-induced liver injury in rats.

To investigate the effects of orally administered reduced-glutathione (GSH) and oxidized-glutathione (GSSG) on liver GSH repletion and liver injury, acetaminophen (AAP) highly loaded rats were used.
